1/2 Cup of Vegetable Oil or 1 stick of butter
1 cup of sugar
1 teaspoon of vanilla
2 eggs
1/4 teaspoon of baking powder
1/3 cup of cocoa powder
1/4 teaspoon of salt
1/2 cup of flour

1/2 kg of Ground Pork
2-3 pieces of Potato
2-3 pieces of Carrots
Tomato Sauce
Knorr’s Beef cube
Water
Garlic and Onions
Salt
Magic Sarap

The first thing you have to prepare is to cut the potato and carrot into a small cubes. This will be very important because it should be as small as the ground pork so that is will not ruin the look of our food and so that it can be easily cooked.

The next thing you have to do is to prepare the spices such as onions and garlics. It is important because it adds the flavor to the meat and it will give the ground pork more texture on its flavor.

The first thing you have do is cook the onions and garlics until it is smoothened and when the garlics turns into a golden brown texture.

Then add the ground pork and cook it until it is almost in golden brown color. Be careful when chosing your meat. Make sure you choose the meat with lesser fat. Too much oil will be visible when the ground pork meat is too fat.

When the meat are cooked, add knorr’s beef cube and put some tomato sauce. This will add the flavor in the food and it will make the ground pork juicy.

After you had mixed the tomato sauce, add some water and let it simmer until the ground pork will becomes soft.

When the pork meat is soft, you can already add the carrots and potatoes in to the pan. Make sure the water is enough so that you will not have a very dry food. Add some salt and magic sarap to give more flavor to it.

Wait until the potatoes and carrots becomes soft and then you can already serve and eat it. It can accommodate up to 15 people when cooking it. So be sure cook it well as to not disappoint many people.

4. Add the seared beef ribs with the spices including the achuete extract.

5. Stir fry rigorously until all the flavors have mixed thoroughly.

6. Add the beef stock

8. Boil for a few minutes.

9. Add the peanut butter to the boiling liquid and stir vigorously.

10. Adjust the moisture content by either adding more stock or by reducing the liquid.

Step 1 Of Making Cinnamon Rolls: Roll Out The Dough Into A Rectangle
Here’s the picture of how the dough should look like when you roll it out:

Step 2 Of Making Cinnamon Rolls: Brush The Dough With Milk
Pour a couple of tablespoons of milk on the dough, then use the pastry brush to brush the milk over the dough. The dough should look evenly moistened with the milk.
Here’s the picture of the dough after it’s been brushed with milk:

Step 3 Of Making Cinnamon Rolls: Sprinkle With Cinnamon And Sugar
Sprinkle the dough evenly with the mixture of cinnamon and sugar.
Here’s the picture of the dough rectangle sprinkled with cinnamon and sugar:

Step 4 Of Making Cinnamon Rolls: Roll The Dough Into A Roll
Here’s when your dough rectangle will become a roll 🙂 Starting with the long side, roll the dough into a roll, like shown on the picture below:

Here’s the picture of the roll when the rolling process is complete:

Step 5 Of Making Cinnamon Rolls: Cut The Long Dough Roll Into 12 Pieces
The easiest way of getting 12 even pieces is to cut the roll in half, then each half into halves, and finally each quarter into 3 parts. The tricky part is to remember to cut the quarters into 3 parts – NOT into 2 parts. I forgot 🙂 That’s why the pieces on the picture below are not very even 🙂

Step 6 Of Making Cinnamon Rolls: Put Roll Pieces Into Greased Baking Dish
Put the cinnamon rolls pieces into a greased baking dish as shown on the picture below:

Step 7 Of Making Cinnamon Rolls: Let Them Rise
Cover the baking dish with the plastic wrap. The plastic wrap will keep the rolls from drying out while they rise. After you cover the dish with the plastic wrap, leave it on the counter for 1 hour. During this time, the rolls will rise – the dough will expand and the rolls will get bigger!
Here’s the picture of the baking dish covered with the plastic wrap:

When the cinnamon rolls finished rising, they will be touching! Here’s the picture of the cinnamon rolls that finished rising – notice how much bigger they got:

Step 8 Of Making Cinnamon Rolls: Bake Them
Preheat oven to 350F. Remove plastic wrap from the baking dish. Put the baking dish with the cinnamon rolls in the oven and bake for 30 minutes.
Here’s the picture of freshly baked cinnamon rolls, right out of the oven:

Step 9 Of Making Cinnamon Rolls: Ice Them
Make the icing with milk and powdered sugar, and spread it on top of the cinnamon rolls.

You are done! The cinnamon rolls are ready to eat 🙂 For the exact ingredients and proportions. THANK YOU 🙂
